There are too many nested numbered lists. Maybe use ABCD in a 1234List?
All scenarios start with a 'login to VRE'. Not needed.
The usage of the term workspace is confusing if it is describing two different things; the WS area, and the WS list.
The page gives the impression I can send an entire WS to another user. May use 'Root'?
