My Document Workflows

The gCube Document Workflows Library contains the list of document workflows in which you are required to do something, it is presented as in the following:

As one can see the Document name is reported first in the grid, then the current Status(Step) of the associated workflow is presented, the Role that the user has within the current Step, when it was created, the last action performed (Updated, created etc.)

If the user has editing permissions on a document worflow then the Editing Perm. checkbox will be checked, the same applies if the workflow has been commented by any user involved in it.

Finally the Locked By and Lock expiration provides information about the concurrent access over the document instance associated to the workflow.
