The gCube Document Workflow Manager allows users to create Document Life-cycles.
With this application you can:
- Associate any gCube Document to a Workflow template;
- Select permissions for each workflow Step;
- Select the role(s) required to forward to the next steps;
- Monitor the status of your Workflow Documents.
Create a Document Workflow
Click on Add New Document to start adding new documents:
Associate your Document to an existing Workflow Template and select file access permissions for each Role in each Step:
Monitor and Manage your Document Workflows
Continuously monitor the status of your workflow documents by selecting the View Details button (highlighted in the figure) from your workflow documents list:
Check the actions of the users involved in a workflow document by selecting the Show History button (highlighted in the figure).
