'Basic concepts' should be written as user guide content (it is now generic), or moved to a lower para, e.g. Generic concepts.
The Usage scenario for xslt is missing
Login to VRE explains how to register. That should be the first para of the users guide. After the 'What is ...', how to join, to login, to use, etc.
Common functionality should be split. One chapter per VRE. FCPPS is 'missing', it is hidden in the reporting.
Some described functionality comes from 2009, and has been upgraded since.
