gCube adopts Liferay Portal as enabling portal technology for its Ecosystem Gateway. The latest version available is gCube Portal-Bundle 2.0 (Jan 2012) built over Liferay Portal 6.0.6 (Bunyan)
Setting up gCube Portal
Setting up the D4Science portal you will need to install and configure a gHN node, then you have to install the liferay bundle and configure it. These steps will prepare the environment to host the D4Science portlets. After that you can install any of the available portlets depending on your needs.
