Role Subsystem Manager

Role Description
The Subsystem Manager is responsible for the management of a D4Science software subsystem. The main tasks are:
- run local/remote builds of subsystem
- monitor defects and activities at subsystem-level
- create components in the context of assigned subsystem
- create subsystem configurations in ETICS
- release new Subsystem Configurations (see Delivering Subsystems section)
- grant rights in the scope of the assigned subsystem (e.g. to Developers)
- notify Release Manager about Subsystem Configurations releases
