Tree-based Data Access

The following set of components realizes the Tree-Based Access gCube facility. In particular:

• the Tree Manager which ...;
• the Tree Manager Framework which realizes the bulk of the Tree Manager service;
• the Tree Library which implements a model of edge-labelled trees, and related tools;
• the Tree Manager Library which is a client library for the Tree Manager service;
• a number of plugin aiming at transforming information objects into tree objects
  • the OAI TM Plugin which is a plugin interfacing with OAI-PMH compliant repositories;
  • the Species TM Plugin which is a plugin interfacing with the Species Data Discovery;
  • the FishFinder TM Plugin which is a plugin interfacing with the repository of factsheets maintained by the FIGIS group;
