The following set of components realizes the Tree-Based Access gCube facility. In particular:

the Tree Manager which ...; - the Tree Manager Framework which realizes the bulk of the Tree Manager service;
- the Tree Library which implements a model of edge-labelled trees, and related tools;
- the Tree Manager Library which is a client library for the Tree Manager service;
- a number of plugin aiming at transforming information objects into tree objects
- the OAI TM Plugin which is a plugin interfacing with OAI-PMH compliant repositories;
- the Species TM Plugin which is a plugin interfacing with the Species Data Discovery;
- the FishFinder TM Plugin which is a plugin interfacing with the repository of factsheets maintained by the FIGIS group;
