The following set of components realizes the [[Tree-Based Access]] gCube facility. In particular:

* the [[The_Tree_Library | Tree Library]] which implements a model of edge-labelled trees, and related tools;

* a number of plugin aiming at transforming information objects into tree objects  
** the [[OAITMPlugin| OAI TM Plugin]] which is a plugin interfacing with OAI-PMH compliant repositories;   
** the [[SpeciesTMPlugin| Species TM Plugin]] which is a plugin interfacing with the Species Data Discovery;
** the [[FishFinderTMPlugin| FishFinder TM Plugin]] which is a plugin interfacing with the repository of factsheets maintained by the FIGIS group;
